Sales conditions
Availability
Some catalogue items are held in stock, but non-stock items can normally be delivered within two to three weeks.
Purity
The purity of the majority of the products listed is 95% minimum.
Prices
There is no minimum order value. The prices given are net and exclusive of VAT. In some cases a handling fee will be added (once per order). It will be clearly stated in the product description.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charge is 50 EUR netto per order within European Union and 100 EUR for other countries unless you provide your Fedex account number. The shipping costs are calculated and presented to Customer together with the contract. If a partial shipment of an order is made we do not charge carriage when the balance is delivered.
Payment
Payment terms are 14 days net from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment should be made in the currency invoiced and can be made by cheque or international money transfer. The purchaser undertakes to pay all bank charges relating to the transfer of funds. Interest becomes payable from the date on which the payment is due.
Complaints
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the goods immediately on receipt of the goods. Complaints will receive fair consideration providing the response and documentation is received within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Cancellation or Amendments
The seller reserves the right to not accept amendments or cancellation of any order placed by the buyer.
